Returns

ph. AG generally does not offer a return policy for food items. ph. AG asks customers to check the delivered items immediately for completeness and intact condition. Complaints must be reported in writing by email to info@ka-ex.comwithin 5 business days of receipt of the goods, including a photo. The defect will be promptly reviewed by ph. AG. If the defect is accepted by ph. AG, the customer will receive a replacement item of the same kind, if available. Otherwise, the customer will be refunded the product price.

In the case of incorrect delivery, the returned goods must be sent back to ph. AG within 10 days of receipt (postmark) with an appropriate note. The exercise of the right of return requires that the customer returns the goods complete and undamaged. Opened, soiled, or used products will not be accepted. Customers are also asked to return the items in their original packaging. Gift vouchers are excluded from the right of return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

The warranties for purchased items from ph. AG are limited to the guarantees provided by the respective manufacturer. Any claim for replacement or refund is void in case of improper handling or personal interference.
