ph. AG delivers the ordered items to the customer within 2 to 6 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Currently, we only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery is made via Swiss Post or DHL directly to the customer’s door. If delivery fails despite multiple attempts, ph. AG may cancel the purchase contract. ph. AG makes every effort to meet the stated delivery times. However, in the event of delays, ph. AG rejects any claims for compensation.
